Members will consider further information supplied by the applicant on this request for an opinion on substantial equivalence between this company�s noni juice and an existing product (ACNFP/76/1)
5. Zeaxanthin
Members will consider additional information provided by the applicant in relation to the comments made by the UK and other Member States on the initial assessment report prepared by the Dutch Competent Authority on this novel food ingredient (ACNFP/76/2)
6. Nanotechnology and food
The Committee will receive an update on developments in the area of nanotechnology and nanomaterials as applied to food (ACNFP/76/3)
7. EFSA opinions on maize-germ oil and rapeseed oil high in unsaponifiable matter
Members will consider two recent opinions from the European Food Safety Authority (ACNFP/76/4)
8. Allergenicity testing of GM foods
Members will be invited to comment on points raised in a critique of the current EU approach to allergenicity testing of GM foods, recently circulated by Friends of the Earth (ACNFP/76/5)
9. Review of novel processing techniques
Members will discuss the issues raised in a recent consultants� report on food processing techniques and identify any similar developments that may require further consideration (ACNFP/75/8) carried over from 75th meeting
